Ingredients: Psyllium powder, oat bran, apple pectin powder, capsule shell: gelatin, rice flour, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
How to use: Two capsules 2 times a day with plenty of water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
