Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-10 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Depending on a number of orders and contingency, we disclose that parcels may be processed with a delay.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. There may be a case of natural disaster or any other situation that may impact delivery timelines for national and international services. In that case please allow 10-20 working days for national deliveries and 20-120 days for international deliveries.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lamonique Ltd or Miss Lamonique  or MissLamonique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lamonique Ltd or Miss Lamonique  or MissLamonique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or Miss Lamonique for assistance. We will do our best to support you on that and make sure that you are happy with our services.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
