How to use: Measure out 1 flat scoop of powder (0.66 g) and pour 100 ml  of warm boiled water while stirring. Eat in the morning, after breakfast and at your home. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance (1 ml).

Lumps may form when dissolving, then keep stirring until everything is dissolved.
