MK-7 Vitamin K-2 by NOW® plays a well-known role in the synthesis of certain blood clotting factors.

However, in recent years, the essential importance of vitamin K2 and vitamin K2-dependent proteins for bone and blood vessel health has been discovered. It is already known that vitamin K2-dependent proteins play a key role in the physiology of bone mineralization, as well as in maintaining the elasticity of blood vessels.

This product contains a highly biologically active form of vitamin K2 obtained from Natto, a traditional Japanese dish made from fermented soybeans.

To maintain the safety and satisfaction of its customers, NOW Foods uses pharmacopoeial quality raw materials and its suppliers are regularly audited.
