    Ingredients:  gel capsule [bovine gelatin (PCB-free), glycerin, water], d-alpha tocopherol. Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna). D-alpha tocopherol from GMO-free soy.

    No ingredients derived from yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, eggs or crustaceans were used in the production process. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.

    How to use:  Take 2 capsules 1-3 times a day with meals. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
