The content of cocoa flavanols in the cocoa product is decisive for its health-promoting effect. 1 However, up to 98% of the flavanol content is lost during conventional cocoa processing.

Due to the particularly gentle processing of the cocoa in Dr. Jacob's Flavochino preserves the valuable cocoa flavanols that support a healthy cardiovascular system. 1 Consuming one serving of Flavochino daily provides over 200 mg of bioactive cocoa flavanols, which help maintain blood vessel elasticity and thus normal blood flow.

One serving (15 g) of Flavochino contains 1092 mg total polyphenols (as catechin equivalent), of which 255 mg bioactive cocoa flavanols.

Consumption recommendation:

Dissolve 15 g of Flavochino (approx. 3 heaped teaspoons) in approx. 50 ml of hot water (preferably with a hand-held milk frother). Then add 150 ml of hot or cold soy drink with calcium and froth well. You can also enjoy Flavochino as a refreshing frappé.
