Ingredients:  lactoferrin from milk whey, capsule shell: (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions for use:  Adults: 1 capsule to 2 capsules daily with a meal. Children: the capsule can be opened and its contents dissolved in liquid. Infants and children over 1 year of age: Pour the contents of 1 capsule and dissolve it in lukewarm water, milk, yogurt or other liquid and mix well. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not pour the contents into hot liquid. The contents of the capsule can also be poured directly into the mouth.
