Food supplement in the form of a hard capsule with Colostrum bovinum standardised for immunoglobulins G. Immunoglobulins are antibodies that are involved in the proper functioning of the immune system.

If you are experiencing recurrent infections and are looking for a natural way to improve your condition, it may be worth considering supplementing with colostrum [1]. Colostrum, also known as first milk or beestings, is a fluid secreted by the mammary glands of mammals just before and after giving birth. It is the first protection against diseases that a newborn receives, as it contains components that stimulate and strengthen the immune system [1].

Supplementing with bovine colostrum, which contains antibodies such as immunoglobulin G, can significantly improve immune system function [2]. Colostrum has immunomodulatory properties, which means that it can help fight and protect against diseases and infections [1, 2]. Additionally, colostrum has antimicrobial effects [3], which can help reduce the risk of respiratory diseases [4, 5] and infections caused by E. coli [6].

Supplementing with colostrum can be particularly beneficial for physically active individuals. Studies have shown that it can help increase lean body mass and improve anaerobic power [7, 8]. Moreover, supplementing with colostrum can accelerate muscle recovery after physical exertion, which is important for performance during training [9].

Our colostrum bovinum supplement is standardized to contain at least 30% immunoglobulin G in its dry mass. Colostrum is obtained within 12 hours after calving from excess milk from Holstein-Friesian cows grazing in the so-called "Green Lungs of Poland" region. The time of collection is significant, as collecting colostrum within 12 hours allows for a high percentage of immunoglobulin content. In the next stage, colostrum undergoes microfiltration and spray drying, which preserves the bioactivity of its components (immunoglobulins and peptides) while simultaneously removing harmful pathogens. The product is free of antibiotics and synthetic hormones. The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules, providing 1000 mg of colostrum, including 300 mg of immunoglobulin G.

Why would someone benefit from supplementing with Colostrum 1000 mg?
