Food Supplement

Liposomal products based on soy lecithin are an excellent solution for people looking for effective ways to improve the absorption of active substances.
Thanks to the use of liposomal technology, these ingredients are surrounded by a lipid membrane, which facilitates their transport and absorption by the body. In our online store, we offer various types of herbs in liposomal form to help you achieve the best results.

One of them is: Teasel herb (Dipsacus sylvestris), which, thanks to the phytonutrients contained in it, has valuable health-promoting properties:

Studies have shown that the common teasal herb has a beneficial effect on the human body.  Active compounds in teasals have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antirheumatic effects. In addition, this plant has antioxidant and cytoprotective properties, protecting all cells, including the liver.

Compounds contained in common teasel support the regeneration of connective tissue and reduce bone loss resulting from osteoporosis. The plant can also support the immune system and have bactericidal and antifungal properties.

Preparations containing common teasel may be useful for people who want to take care of their health and improve the overall condition of the body. In particular, they can be used by people struggling with rheumatic pain and gout, and as an adjunct in the treatment of diseases such as osteoporosis or Lyme disease.

Due to its properties, the common teasel herb (Dipsacus sylvestris) can be used as a valuable addition to the diet, contributing to a beneficial effect on health.

The supplement cannot be treated as a medicine and does not replace a healthy diet or lifestyle.

What does DER 10:1 mean?

DER (Drug Extract Ratio) – this is the ratio of the amount of plant substance (extracted dried material) to the amount of extract obtained. In other words, it indicates how much plant material was used to produce one part of the obtained extract.

The Japanese Knotweed extract we use has a DER of 10:1, which means that 1 part of the extract (respectively 1 gram) is obtained from 10 parts (e.g. grams).

To achieve the intended goal, Botanical & Medicinal Research uses only raw materials from proven and reputable sources.
