Dietary Supplement - BENE VOBIS® Coconut MCT Oil is a high-quality liquid preparation containing medium-chain fatty acids from coconut (Cocos nucifera L.). The product is intended for people who want to increase endurance during training and care for proper body weight.
MCT oil is a liquid fat produced by fractionating raw coconut oil. This process removes and concentrates MCTs (medium chain fatty acids) naturally occurring in the source material. MCT coconut oil consists of the perfect combination of C8 caprylic acid (60%) and C10 capric acid (40%). MCT oils are popular among people on a keto diet, which is distinguished by its low carbohydrate content, moderate protein content and high fat content.
Regular coconut oil provides some of these benefits, but to a lesser extent because, due to the different types of fats found in the oil, it is more suitable for culinary applications requiring high-temperature processing.
MCT oil is one of the most bioactive sources of energy for your body, which very quickly provides energy in the form of ketone bodies produced in the liver, and is completely metabolized without converting fat into adipose tissue. Daily portion: 14 - 84 g of product
Directions for use: Consume a 14 g portion of the product (1 tablespoon) twice a day with meals. The recommended portion of the product can be increased by 14 g every 3 days to obtain an optimal portion of 1-3 tablespoons twice a day.
