Bene Vobis® L-Lysine & L-Proline dietary supplement   consists of protein amino acids, i.e. those that create proteins present in the body. The high content of proline and lysine occurs especially in collagen, which is the main building block of connective tissue.

Proline is an endogenous amino acid, which means that the human body is able to synthesize it on its own. However, in some cases, e.g. a vegetarian diet or athletes, it is worth introducing it into your daily diet, because the body may have an increased demand for certain nutrients. Lysine is an exogenous amino acid, i.e. one that requires supply to the body with the daily diet. It occurs naturally mainly in meat, animal products, soy and grains.

How to use:  take 1 capsule three times a day with water.
