Ingredients:  MCT oil from coconut (medium-chain triglycerides of fatty acids), menaquinone (MenaQ7® - Vitamin K2 as MK7, vitamin K from chickpeas), antioxidant: a mixture of tocopherols, cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin).

How to use:  Shake well before use. Measure the recommended portion and add it to water, juice or other cool liquid. Recommended daily dose: 4 applications. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Important Information: 

Do not use in people who are allergic to any ingredient of the supplement. Dietary supplement intended for healthy people over 75 years of age. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist. The product should not be used by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended. The possibility of sediment occurrence - evidence of the presence of natural ingredients, does not constitute a product defect.
