Ingredients:  MCT oil from coconut (medium chain triglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A).

How to use:

Shake well before use. Measure 12 drops on a teaspoon and consume directly or add to a cold meal (e.g. a salad). Recommended daily dose:  12 drops. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
