Ingredients:  Water, NatiCol® marine fish skin collagen, sweetener: invert sugar, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc gluconate, preservative: potassium sorbate, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium selenite, D -biotin.

How to use:  Pour 15 ml of solution into the dosing cup. Mix the measured portion with water or a non-alcoholic drink and drink.
