Recommended use: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily. Not for individuals sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day. Consume at least 125 fl. oz. of liquid per day for men and 91 fl. oz. of liquid per day for women while taking this product.
Warnings: CONTAINS CAFFEINE. This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
