Ingredients:  vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), capsule shell (gelatin), bitter orange citrus aurantium fruit extract, bulking agent: cellulose, starch, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glazing agent: shellac, dye: curcumin.

How to use:  Take a portion of the product (1 capsule) twice a day, preferably during or after a meal, with water. Do not exceed 2 servings a day (2 capsules).
