Ingredients:  organic lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.), organic valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), organic hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.), organic fennel fruit extract (Foeniculum vulgare) Mill.), filling agent: organic acacia fiber.

Recommended daily dose  necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 1 tablet, twice a day, with water.
