The proADEK® dietary supplement is a product in which the synthetic form of vitamin A has been replaced with the natural provitamin A - beta-carotene. Our body converts beta-carotene into vitamin A.

What is the difference between vitamin K MK-4 and vitamin K MK-7?

Vitamin K contains several subtypes, generally designated as menaquinone-N (MK-N), where "N" is the number of isoprenyl aluminum groups. Typically, synthetic MK-4 is used for pharmaceutical purposes (with high dose required: 45 mg/day). Vitamin K MK-4 has lower bioavailability, bioactivity and serum half-life than MK-7. Vitamin K as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is the most bioavailable and bioactive form of vitamin K.

Can VitaMK7® be consumed mixed with meals and retain its properties?

Yes. It can be mixed in liquids (water, yogurt and oils) and powder preparations, e.g. powdered milk, while retaining all its properties.
