Most vitamins and minerals can exist in a number of different forms. We have taken the time and spent the money to use premium forms.Chelated minerals: We use chelated magnesium, molybdenum, and zinc. Chelated minerals are the cream of the crop when it comes to mineral absorption. Some minerals like calcium don't have a hard time absorbing so the type of used is less significant. Minerals like magnesium can have significantly varying absorption rates.
