Regular consumption  of vitamin D3  helps maintain healthy bones and teeth and has a positive effect on the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system. Its presence makes the immune system function properly.

Vitamin D3  regulates the calcium and phosphate metabolism. Phosphorus and calcium enable proper conduction of nerve impulses and allow our muscles to contract. As a result, vitamin D3 ensures that the nervous and muscular systems function properly and that there is the right concentration of both calcium and phosphorus in the blood.

Vitamin D  plays an extremely important role in the development of bones and teeth. It not only prevents rickets, but also ensures proper mineralization of hard tissues. As a result, it effectively protects us against the development of rickets, a serious bone disease that cannot be reversed. The presence of vitamin D3 in our body also ensures that the skin will be properly protected. It not only prevents inflammation, but also effectively soothes those that have already occurred. It is irreplaceable in the treatment of psoriasis.

Vitamin K2 MK7  is obtained from natto, a Japanese fermented soybean product. It is the best absorbable form of vitamin K. The dose and form of this valuable ingredient in the form of a dietary supplement can be found in  SFD NUTRITION D3 + K2 Forte . Vitamin K comes in the form of vitamin K1 and K2, of which vitamin K2 is not only used by the liver, but is also redistributed by the blood throughout the body.

Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is found in foods of animal origin and fermented plant foods. Vitamin K2 MK7 has a durability of up to 72 hours. It is quickly absorbed into the body and enters the blood. Thanks to this, it translates into effective health effects.

Vitamin K2
helps maintain strong bones and contributes to proper blood clotting. It is responsible for transporting calcium to the appropriate places, i.e. to the bones, while preventing its deposition in the arteries. K2 mk7 prevents the loss and maintains the appropriate content of MGP proteins, which transport calcium directly to the bones. The most important properties of vitamin K2:

  • IT DIRECTLY AFFECTS THE PROPER BONE DENSITY AND MINERALIZATION.
  • IT AFFECTS PROPER BLOOD COLOTTING
  • STRENGTHENS THE EFFECT OF VITAMIN D3
  • PREVENTS OSTEOPOROSIS
  • PROTECTS YOUR HEART AND ARTERY
  • RESTORES ALREADY CALCIFIED BLOOD VESSELS TO NORMAL CONDITION.
