SFD B-COMPLEX-25 Methyl  is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets, based on a complex of B vitamins, choline, inositol and PABA. Pantothenic acid and niacin contribute to maintaining proper energy metabolism. Thiamine and riboflavin, in turn, help in the proper functioning of the nervous system, and biotin helps maintain healthy skin. Vitamins B6 and B12 support the proper production of red blood cells, and folates are involved in the process of cell division.

Choline (vitamin B4)  participates in the creation and maintenance of proper cellular structure, controlling muscle function, heart function and brain function.
