Sunflower Lecithin 1200 mg by NOW® contains SUNFLOWER LECITHIN  - it does not come from soy and does not contain substances from genetically modified organisms (GMO). They are a rich source of phosphatidylcholine, which is a significant component of our brain and nervous system. Sunflower lecithin is also rich in phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylethanolamine and is a source of essential fatty acids. Lecithin helps emulsify fats, enabling their particles to be suspended in water. Lecithin is recommended as a dietary supplement in states of increased physical and mental stress in people with poor concentration, as well as increased mental tension and in elderly people.

No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens

Directions for use :  2 capsules a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
