The unique condensation of ALA acid in esters allows us to use our body's ability to synthesize α-linolenic acid (ALA) to precisely the amount of all polyunsaturated acids it needs. This ends the well-known dispute about the ideal omega 3:6:9 ratio. Linseed oil is an excellent source, but only esterification deprives it of two significant drawbacks: instability and toxins that protect the linseed plant in nature.

Ingredients: Ethyl esters of polyunsaturated fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid), gelatin, humectant (glycerol).
Recommended Intake: 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and in the evening.
