CM3 HMB FUSION contains creatine, which increases physical performance in the event of successive short, very intense physical exercises. The beneficial effect is obtained when consuming 3 g of creatine per day.
In addition, CM3 HMB FUSION contains ß-hydroxy ß-methylbutyric acid in the form of a calcium salt. This short-chain fatty acid is formed from the amino acid (L-Leucine) after each intense exercise or as a result of prolonged stress.
