anhydrous caffeine (40%); maltodextrin; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)]; grapefruit extract ( Citrus paradisi ) [98% naringenin] (10%); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Caffeine Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule a day with an appropriate amount of water, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes before training. Do not use before bedtime. Do not combine with alcohol. The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store out of the reach of small children, in a dry and cool place. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
Warnings:
Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
