Recommended use: A 50g dose is suitable as a breakfast or snack in the morning or afternoon. It is recommended to consume as a snack (at least 90 minutes before or after meal). It may be used after physical activity. The maximum recommended dosage: twice a day. Use: 50g = 1 serving. Put the content of the sachet into a suitable container, add 100 ml of hot water (not boiling) and stir. Also cold water can be used for preparation. Once opened, the product is intended for immediate use.
