£7.99

Multifloral honey is a unique product obtained from the nectar of meadow, cultivated and forest plants that bloom in a given area from spring to autumn.

This makes each jar of multifloral honey a unique composition of taste and aroma. The colour of honey, as well as the content of active substances and biological activity, vary depending on the type of nectar.

Honey contains numerous active substances, including:

  • beta-carotene
  • Vitamin A
  • vitamin C
  • B vitamin
  • iron
  • silicon
  • molybdenum
  • phosphorus
  • magnesium
  • potassium

Spring honey has a higher sugar content, while summer and autumn honey is richer in enzymes, vitamins and bioelements. Moreover, the taste and health benefits of honey are enriched by the addition of honeydew from coniferous trees, wax and bee pollen.

Honey is an excellent sugar substitute and can be used to sweeten coffee, tea or desserts. It is also used as an ingredient of natural cosmetics such as ointments, masks and scrubs.

It is worth remembering that honey retains its valuable properties when we add it to dishes and drinks at a temperature lower than 55 °C
