Mumio extract (Living Mumio) is "pure" Mumio in its unprocessed form.
Mumio is a thick, sticky substance similar to tar, usually dark brown in color. It is mined mainly in the Himalayas, Karakoram, the Tibetan Plateau, the Caucasus, Altai and the mountains of the Gilgit-Baltistan region. Used in Ayurveda, traditional Indian medicine, today it is gaining the trust of people all over the world. Our Mumio is obtained in Kyrgyzstan from the Tienshan Mountains.
Mumio is a mixture of organic and inorganic compounds. It is an exceptionally complex substance composed of at least 38 chemical elements, approximately 40 macro, micro and ultra nutritional elements, as well as 16 amino acids. Moreover, Mumio contains many vitamins and about 20 various organic additives (including essential oils, hippuric acid, fulvic acid, auxins, inhibitors, glycosides, chlorophylls).

Recommended way to use Mumio Extract:
Mumio extract can be used for both internal and external use. The product is intended for your own preparation, by dissolving it in any drink (for internal use) or adding it to ointments, creams, balms, shampoos, etc.
- For internal use:
Use 1 or 2 times a day. Take a portion of Mumio Extract with a spatula (included in the package), then mix it in 10 ml of any cool liquid, non-carbonated and alcohol-free (water, juice, tea, herbs, milk, etc.). It should be drunk on an empty stomach or after the last daily meal, before going to bed. Use the treatment with Mumio Extract for 25 days and then take a break for 5-8 days. The treatment can be repeated, depending on individual needs. Mumio should not be taken at the same time as other medicines. In this case, you should take a break of about 30 minutes.
- For external use:
Ointments, creams, compresses - we use from 0.5 grams to 3.0 grams of Mumio Extract per 20 grams of the base. Before adding Mumio Extract to the base, make a small sample to see if Mumio combines well with the base. Mumio extract can be added to all kinds of pharmacy ointments, creams, face masks, shampoos, liquid soaps, and toothpastes.
