FITPROTEIN SHAKE  is a formula intended for physically active women, containing a number of active ingredients, such as whey protein concentrate and isolate, collagen and inulin, enriched with coenzyme Q10, vitamin C and D and chromium.

WPC whey protein concentrate is a protein of animal origin. As you know, protein contributes to the construction and maintenance of lean muscle mass and accelerates post-workout regeneration. 

Whey protein has one of the highest nutritional values. It has a high content of exogenous amino acids, i.e. those that we must supply to the body with food. Whey protein also contains all BCAA branched amino acids (isoleucine, valine, leucine), especially needed by athletes, because they stimulate muscle regeneration after intense exercise and have anti-catabolic properties.

CFM whey protein isolate (WPI) - a protein of dairy origin obtained in the cross-flow microfiltration process (CFM - Cross-Flow Microfiltration), which takes place at low temperatures, which prevents the denaturation of active biocomponents such as beta-lactoglobulins (36%). ), alpha lactalbumin (20%), immunoglobulins (10%), blood serum albumin (5%), lactoferrin (4%), transferrin (4%), proetozopeptones (20%), lactoperoxidase (1%). 

Unlike whey protein concentrates, WPI is a more concentrated protein (approx. 90% protein and an even higher concentration of BCAA and EAA), digested faster (shorter peptide chains), and almost deficient in lactose and fats. Therefore, it is a good solution in the post-training period.

Coenzyme Q10 – an important antioxidant, has anti-cancer and regenerative properties. It prevents the formation of cholesterol deposits in the arteries. It takes part in many biochemical processes, interacting with enzymes, including metabolism.

Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of blood vessels, bones, teeth, skin and helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Vitamin D helps in the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus, maintains healthy bones and teeth, and has a beneficial effect on the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system. Chromium, in turn, contributes to maintaining the proper metabolism of macronutrients.
