A composition of magnesium and potassium in highly absorbable forms and vitamin B6
How to use: Pour 1 portion (1 flat measuring cup) into a dry container. Add 200 ml of water or other drink and mix. Please follow the order of preparation to thoroughly dissolve the powder. Consume once a day during a meal. Shake the container vigorously before use.
Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily portion (1.9 g) contains (reference intake %):
Magnesium (magnesium citrate) - 170 mg (45%)
Potassium (potassium citrate) - 300 mg (15%)
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 1, 4 mg (100%)

Storage: Protect from light, store in a dry place, at room temperature. Keep out of the reach of small children. Close the package after each use.
