Strong duo: nasturtium and horseradish
Nasturtium and horseradish are known to taste particularly hot. The glucosinolates contained are responsible for this; these are mustard oil glycosides, particularly important secondary plant substances. Mustard oils are released from these after consumption, which are absorbed in the intestine and then absorbed into the blood. In this way, the mustard oils z. B. in the urinary tract (kidneys, bladder, prostate), the lungs and numerous other organs.
Mustard oils are widespread in the plant kingdom and are particularly found in cruciferous vegetables, which include broccoli, horseradish, and nasturtium. Each of these plants brings with it its individual mustard oil profile, i.e. a unique combination of different mustard oils that complement each other synergistically.
The nasturtium used from German cultivation is unique in the world and is very gently freeze-dried in order to optimally preserve the full spectrum and the freshness of the plant substances.
Cranberry and acerola cherry - valuable plant substances + natural vitamin C
The natives of North America valued cranberries not only as food, but also because of their bioactive substances. In addition to the organic acids, these also include the so-called proanthocyanidins.
A daily dose of Imurol also contains 40 mg of high-quality vitamin C from the acerola cherry. The vitamin C found in Imurol contributes to the following normal bodily functions:
