Ingredients:  Calcium carbonate (calcium), inulin, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K from chickpeas), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), L-leucine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Daily dose:  Children from 3 to 18 years of age: 1 capsule with water. Adults up to 75 years of age: 2 capsules with water.
