 Vitamin D from Aliness comes from natural lanolin, which is used to obtain 7-Dehydrocholesterol - an organic derivative of cholesterol.

 

7-Dehydrocholesterol is a starting compound for the production of cholecalciferol. As a result of production processes, vitamin D is obtained in a similar way to humans - i.e. through exposure of the skin to the sun.
