Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium citrate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 1/4 or ½ measuring cup daily with a meal. The powder should be dissolved in lukewarm water and drunk.
