A preparation in the form of a dietary supplement containing a MULTI complex of plant digestive enzymes, supplemented with probiotics, prebiotics and betaine HCL.

Ingredients contained in Enzyme complex PRO:

MULTI  Enzyme Complex PRO  contains an innovative complex of digestive enzymes. It consists of GMO-free and vegan-friendly broad-spectrum enzymes, including amylase, protease and lipase, obtained through the fermentation of Aspergillus oryze. These enzymes break down carbohydrates, proteins and fats, while being resistant to gastric juices and maintaining their digestive activity.

MULTI Enzyme Complex PRO  also contains  a probiotic-prebiotic complex  called  a synbiotic . Bacillus coagulans spores contained in it can be stored at room temperature. Glactomannan is a fiber with prebiotic properties. It is a fraction of soluble fiber derived from dietary fiber from fenugreek seeds.

Bromelain:  it is a cysteine protease, a plant enzyme (proteolytic) that destroys peptide bonds. Due to a number of properties, it is used in dietary supplements in many nutritional models and recommended for people leading an inactive lifestyle.

Papain:  is also a plant enzyme from the protease subclass, obtained from the milk of green fruits and leaves of the papaya tree (Carica papaya). Ripe, sweet fruits of the cultivated variety not only enrich the diet, but also have a number of positive effects.

Betaine  is an organic chemical compound that belongs to the large group of betaines. TMG is a derivative of glycine - the simplest protein amino acid, which is one of the 20 standard protein amino acids. Betaine dissolves perfectly in water, and in the stomach it resembles the action of hydrochloric acid (HCL). Hydrochloric acid (HCL) in the stomach is naturally produced and used to digest food as long as the stomach is working properly. Hydrochloric acid is one of the most important factors that determine how much our body absorbs nutrients from the food we eat every day.

Yestimun®  Beta-Glucan is a natural supporting ingredient, made from brewer's yeast (100% Saccharomyces cerevisiae). It has many of its own clinical trials. Beta-Glucan helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Fibgerum™ acacia fiber

  • is an excellent source of soluble fiber
  • has high food tolerance
  • has clinically tested prebiotic properties
  • guarantees a minimum of 90% soluble fiber on dry matter
  • it is not digestible, with a high molecular weight polysaccharide purified using only physical methods, i.e. without chemical or enzymatic treatment.
  • proven bifidogenic effect
  • stimulates the production of short-chain fatty acids
  • high intestinal tolerance up to 50g/day
  • low caloric value

About digestive enzymes:

Digestive enzymes are a group of enzymes secreted in the digestive system, mostly hydrolases (hydrolytic enzymes), catalyzing the breakdown of more complex compounds into simpler ones (with water). In all heterotrophs (non-eating organisms), digestion processes are similar and involve the same or very similar groups of enzymes produced by specialized digestive glands. Enzymes participate in virtually every process occurring in our body.

The three basic nutrients in food, i.e. carbohydrates, proteins and fats, are absorbed by the human body only after being broken down into smaller digestible molecules. The digestive process begins in the mouth, where salivary amylases injected with saliva begin to break down complex sugars such as plant starch into smaller molecules. The food is then transferred to the stomach, where it is enzymatically processed by a protein-digesting enzyme called pepsin, which is secreted by specialized stomach cells called chief cells. Then, thanks to the peristaltic movements of the digestive tract, the contents of the stomach are transported to the small intestine. There, pancreatic juice together with bile secreted from the liver via the gallbladder facilitate further digestion of sugars, proteins and - importantly - dietary fats. Appropriate enzymes, i.e. pancreatic amylase, carboxypeptidase and lipases, are supplied with pancreatic juice. Pancreatic lipase hydrolyzes fats into free fatty acids, which, under the influence of bile salts, transform into micelles, i.e. a form of dietary fat that is absorbed by the cells of the digestive tract.

THE EFFECT OF FOOD ENZYMES ON THE STATE OF THE BODY

Although you can't actually see how the digestive system works, the amount of digestive juices and enzymes produced is impressive. For example, the average daily saliva production is between 1 and 1.2 liters. This is how much saliva is needed every day to initiate the digestion process. Equally impressive is the amount of juices and digestive fluids produced by the digestive system to sustain the entire process.

What is the enzyme complex contained in Enzyme Complex PRO?

The complex contained in the product is a multi-enzymatic mix containing the following digestive enzymes:

  • amylase (starch hydrolyzing enzyme)
  • protease (an enzyme that hydrolyzes proteins)
  • lipase (fat hydrolyzing enzyme)
  • cellulase (which hydrolyzes cellulose)
  • lactase (which hydrolyzes lactose)

The activity of each enzyme contained in the complex is as follows:

1. Amylase (carbohydrase): breaks down carbohydrates such as starch and glycogen and polysaccharides into smaller units.

  1. Cellulase: breaks down cellulose and chitin: helps release nutrients from both fruits and vegetables.
  2. Lipase: breaks down lipids and improves fat utilization,
  3. Protease: breaks down protein
  4. Lactase: breaks down lactose (milk sugar)

Source of the enzymes contained in the product:

  • Alpha-amylase (Aspergillus oryzae) - from mushrooms
  • Lactase (Aspergillus oryzae) - from mushrooms
  • Lipase (Aspergillus oryzae) - from mushrooms
  • Cellulase (Trichoderma reesei) - from mushrooms
  • Neutral protease (Bacillus licheniformis) – bacteria

None of the enzymes used in MULTI Enzyme Complex PRO come from animals.

The product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians
