What is boron?

Boron is a semi-metal element that occurs in nature in mineral form, including: as boric acid. It is a trace element in the human body - that is, occurring in very small amounts, but at the same time necessary for its proper functioning. It occurs, among others, in bone tissue and is involved in many metabolic processes

What are the forms of boron?

The forms of boron that are approved for supplementation are  boric acid  - which is a source of boron in the form of a natural mineral, and  sodium tetraborate obtained artificially from it . Our market also offers dietary supplements imported from the USA, based on other forms of boron - such as aspartate, glycinate, citrate or calcium borogluoconate, which are not approved for use in the EU and should not be used in dietary supplements. We used a safe and natural, mineral form of boric acid in our product.

Aliness Bor 3 mg  does not contain any animal ingredients, making it a suitable source of boron for vegans, in the natural, mineral form of boric acid. The product does not contain any artificial technological additives, preservatives or dyes.

One tablet contains 17 mg of boric acid, equivalent to 3 mg of boron.

Ingredients: boric acid, microcrystalline cellulose.
