Other ingredients: Wild yams root extract (20 % diosgenin), capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), L-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), zinc oxide (zinc).
Recommended use: Take 2 capsules daily unchewed with plenty of water (at least 200 ml) before the main meals.
