Recommended daily intake : Take 5-10 tablets daily 30 minutes before or 1-2 hours after a protein-containing meal. As a support for physical effort, consume 5-10 tablets 30 minutes before the planned workout. As a support for post-workout regeneration, consume 5-10 tablets immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
