Recommended daily dose:  Dissolve 1 sachet (6.6 g) in 300-400 ml of water or another drink and drink 20 minutes before or 1-2 hours after a meal containing protein or fat. As a support for physical exercise, you can consume an additional dose (1 sachet) 30 minutes before your planned workout. For a better taste, it is recommended to chill in the refrigerator and shake in a shaker before consumption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings:  Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
