• beef gelatin
• humectant: glycerol
• dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides
• cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)

• Vitamin K (vitamin K2 MK-7) 200 µg - 267% *,
• Vitamin D (Vitamin D3) 40 µg - 800% *.

RECOMMENDED PORTION FOR CONSUMPTION DURING THE DAY:
1 capsule daily with a meal.
Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.

People using acenocoumarol or warfarin-based anticoagulants should consult a doctor before taking vitamin K2.
