Recommended portion for consumption during the day:
1 sachet a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

How to use: dissolve the contents of the sachet in water or juice and drink. 

The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 1.5 g of betaine daily (1 sachet). A daily intake of betaine in excess of 4 g can significantly increase blood cholesterol.

If pregnant, nursing or taking medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.
