Food supplement

Swanson Sulforaphan  broccoli sprout extract.

The group of compounds called glucosinolates include: sulforaphane and glucoraphanin.

Broccoli is a very good source of sulforaphane and glucoraphanin, especially its seeds and sprouts. These compounds are soluble in water and very sensitive to heat.

Therefore, they are lost during cooking. Uncooked broccoli seeds are a very good source of these valuable substances.
