  • A unique natural enzyme produced from fermentation
  • Delivers 2000 FU per capsule
  • Helps degrade fibrin

Swanson Nattokinase  contains a natural enzyme obtained by fermenting soybeans using the Bacillus subtilis (natto) bacterial strain. These bacteria, acting on soy protein, cause the production of the enzyme nattokinase.

Nattokinase is an enzyme originally discovered in a traditional Japanese dish - natto. It has a positive effect on the prevention of the circulatory system by its fibrinolytic activity, i.e. the ability to break down fibrin, which co-creates all blood clots.

The Japanese have a healthy circulatory system even in old age, their blood retains its natural physiological viscosity without the tendency to stick together and form clots. They do not have to use synthetic anticoagulants because every day they eat food that dissolves fiber (fibrin), which is responsible for blood viscosity.
