Swanson Standardized Lutein and Blueberry combines two of the most effective eye-specific antioxidants to help maintain healthy vision. Each capsule provides 20 mg of standardized bilberry extract and 6 mg of lutein.

Ingredients in a daily portion  (1 capsule)

Bilberry extract (vaccinium myrtillus)

(fruit) (standardized to a minimum of 5 mg anthocyanins)     20 mg

Lutein (from marigold flower extract)                                 6 mg

Ingredients:  Bilberry, lutein, sunflower oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water, thickener: locust bean gum, soy lecithin, carrier: yellow beeswax, dye: titanium dioxide, natural tocopherols. Contains soy.

Directions for use:  One capsule daily with food. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
