Ingredients:  Magnesium bisglycinate, capsule shell: gelatin, acidity regulators: magnesium oxide and citric acid, maltodextrin, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use:  One capsule 3 times a day with a meal. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
