Application: 

Caraway and fennel fruit, fenugreek seeds, milk thistle, nettle leaf and lemon balm herb are recommended for lactating and breastfeeding women.

Common apple, blackcurrant, common raspberry, Indian mango, common reed rhizome, and common carrot root give the tea a unique, fruity flavour. 

Ingredients: 

Caraway fruit (Carum carvi), fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum graecum), milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), lemon balm herb (Melissa officinalis), carrot root (Daucus carota subsp. Sativus), common apple fruit (Malus domestica), blackcurrant fruit (Rubus nigrum), common raspberry fruit (Rubus idaeus), Indian mango fruit (Mangifera indica), fennel fruit (Foeniculi vulgare), common reed rhizome (Phragmites communis). 

How to use: 

To obtain the beneficial effect of the product, measure 1 portion (2.5g) of the Fruit and Herb mixture (using the included measuring cup). Brew traditionally by pouring boiled, hot water over the mixture in a 200 ml glass or mug. The optimal taste is obtained by brewing for no longer than 5-10 minutes. Consume according to the recommendations received, or twice a day, the first time before breakfast, the second after dinner. Do not exceed the daily recommended portion (5g = 2 measuring cups). This tea does not replace a balanced and healthy diet, it is a supplement to it. 

NOTE! The package includes a measuring cup for measuring the recommended portion of the product in grams . 

Contraindications: 

Product intended for adults. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. During lactation, you should remain under the care of a specialist, consulting about proper nutrition. It is recommended to consult the use of this product. Do not give to children under 18 years of age. People under 18 years of age and people taking blood-thinning medications, with digestive system problems, can use the tea only after consulting a doctor. Do not use in people who are allergic to any ingredient of the preparation or during pregnancy .

Storage: 

Store in a dry place, below 25°C, out of reach of small children. Protect from light. After opening and each use, make sure the container is properly closed. Protect from moisture. "Best before end" and batch number are on the packaging.
