RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING:

Adults, 1 capsule 2 times a day, preferably in the first half of the day, between meals, with water or citrus fruit juice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

STORAGE METHOD:

Store out of the reach of small children, in a dry and sunless place at room temperature (15-25°C) in a closed container.
