Ingredients:  MCT oil (46%), pork gelatin, water, humectant (glycerol), D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E from sunflower), menaquinone (vitamin K2 Mk-7 from Bacillus subtilis spp. natto), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin).

Directions:  Adults, 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage:  Store at a temperature above 25°C, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.
