For adults as a dietary supplement with vitamins: biotin, pantothenic acid and amino acids. Biotin helps maintain healthy hair and skin, and also contributes to maintaining the proper metabolism of macronutrients. Pantothenic acid contributes to the proper synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones (including sex hormones), vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.

RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
Adults, 1 capsule twice a day, after a meal, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

STORAGE METHOD:
