People over 11 years of age: 1 drop per day; under 11 years of age consult a doctor. Do not give to children under 1 year of age. One drop contains 50 mcg of vitamin K and 2000 IU of vitamin D. People taking anticoagulant medications should consult a doctor before taking this supplement.
